Meridian's Forest Therapy Walks are meditative, guided experiences intended to help people slow down and reconnect with the natural world. A certified guide will lead you through a series of crafted invitations to help you find your own way of authentically interacting with the land.
You will have the chance to deepen your relationship with the world around you while in community with your fellow participants. Deepened relationships and awareness tend to stick around long after the walk has concluded.
